HARMONiQ ERP Implementation and Support

Our clients typically come to us when they have outgrown a smaller system like Xero with addons such as Unleashed, but aren't at the size and scale that justifies implementing a Tier 1 ERP system such as SAP, Infor, Epicor, Oracle and so on. We work with clients in many different industries, but they all are looking to grow, and looking for a partner that will enhance that growth through the effective use of ERP systems. The main product we work with is an ERP called HARMONiQ - we've found it to be very customizable to fit the way New Zealand businesses operate, and can grow with businesses from $5 million turnover, right through to businesses with over $100 million turnover. The HARMONiQ platform is a .NET Framework application with a SQL Server database, and can be hosted in a variety of ways, both on premise and in the cloud. It's a whole of business system that integrates your stock, manufacturing, accounting, sales, purchasing and so much more into one solution. An area where the product has had a lot of success in Australasia, is for roll forming businesses - specific functionality has been built to handle coils, and recording all relevant data around steel usage and any wastage. To further enhance this, we can work with you to integrate your machines directly into the system to get even more accurate and timely data and reporting. Within the system we can manage your full manufacturing process through the use of works orders, with predefined routings setup for each product, and the ability to compare actual times to your budget. Where clients can justify it, having an in house IT resource that really understands both the business and the system can be hugely beneficial to get the maximum return on investment. We work with this resource to maximize the value obtained from the system. We're able to work with customers all over New Zealand and in Australia as well, with most of the work being delivered remotely, and intensive onsite workshops delivered during implementation, and then on an ongoing basis with a focus on continuous improvement.
