CNC machine programming

I have experience in programming a wide variety of CNC machines, across metal, timber, and plastics. For batch production or custom one-off jobs, I'm familiar with a range of CAD and CAM software, as well as writing raw g-code to enable custom features. Experienced with: Mill, Lathe, Plasma, Punch, Router, Saw. 3&4 axis. Fanuc, ProArc, Biesse, Weeke, SCM. MasterCAM, Solidworks, ProNest. Trouble shooting and diagnosing faults. I have a good track record of finding a way to move the project to completion.

Client Testimonial Quote & Job Title

Tony Bell worked with us for 9.5 years in a manufacturing business as a CNC programmer and draftsman. Tony has an incredible ability to understand and program all things CNC, from machining centres, profile cutter, robot welders and beam line machinery. Not only was Tony fast and efficient at what he did, he always looked for ways to minimise waste and program the machines efficiently to minimise run time. As part of the CNC programming, often customers drawings were incomplete or wrong so Tony also had the ability to undertake CAD work in both 2D and 3D CAD packages. I have no problem recommending his skill set.
